NPOC Formation and Informational Documents

We are pleased to announce that the NPOC was approved by the ICANN Board June 24, 2011 during the Singapore meeting.  We look forward to formally participating within the ICANN community.  Many, many thanks to Debra Y. Hughes, Senior Counsel at the American Red Cross for spearheading this endeavor.
